Booking Terms and Conditions for Holiday Caravans

1. RESERVATIONS 
Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days only, pending receipt of your completed booking form and deposit cheque.

2. BOOKINGS 
The booking is between the owner of the holiday accommodation and the person signing the booking form here in after called ‘The Hirer’. The person who signs the booking form will be responsible for all persons included on the form and should ensure they are aware of the booking conditions. The number of people (including children) occupying a property must not exceed the stated number of persons on the reservation form and at no time exceed the number for which the holiday home was booked (either 4 or 6 persons).

No bookings are accepted from single-sex groups or parties where the majority of members are under 25 years of age (except in families). Our policy is one of continuous improvement; therefore occasionally the location and/or the holiday caravan may be updated/improved. We will advise you of any changes as soon as they occur. The payment of the FULL BALANCE is due on arrival at the holiday home. Please note we do not accept card payments.

3. CANCELLATION
A holiday booking is a legally binding contract. Once a booking is confirmed the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday.
If you wish to cancel a booking please do so in writing at least 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. The Hirer is responsible for the Full Balance of the hire charge after this time.
The deposit fee is non-refundable or transferable.
(In the event of any cancellation of any booking by the park operator the liability will be limited to the refund on any monies paid).

4. INSURANCE
The Hirer is advised to take out holiday insurance cover for bookings on holiday homes.
Details of an insurance provider can be supplied on request.

5. OCCUPANCY
The Hirer is required to provide sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels in the holiday vans. In the holiday cottage, they must provide towels and tea towels.
Linen can be hired – please ask at the time of booking.
The holiday homes are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and you must depart your holiday home by no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. You are expected to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.

6. LATE ARRIVALS
Please notify us if you are expecting to arrive after 6pm so alternative arrangements can be made for collecting the key.

7. DOGS

  • Dogs are permitted in one of the holiday homes.
  • No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the holiday home.
  • Dogs are to be kept on a lead and are kept strictly under control at all times.
  • Any fouling must be cleared up without delay.
  • The Hirer must bring the dog’s bed for it to sleep in.
  • No dogs must ever be left in the property unattended.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or upholstery and hair must be cleaned up before departure.

8. DAMAGE, LOSS AND NUISANCE
The Hirer accepts that the supervision of children, babies, dogs and adults requiring care remains the responsibility of the Hirer at all times.
No access is allowed into the farm, buildings and fields as these are not under the control of the park owner.
Ball games and cycling are not permitted on the static park, only on the Touring field.

Charcoal BBQ’s are permitted but not open or wood or fires. Any breakages or damage must be reported immediately by the Hirer and paid for to enable us to replace them/restore the holiday home for the next occupants. Any damage or breakages found after the hirer has vacated the holiday home will be charged.

The Hirer agrees not to cause a nuisance to occupants of nearby holiday homes and to allow the owner’s reasonable access to the property if the owner deems it necessary. If in the opinion of the site operator any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the holiday home because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties the contract will be discharged and the owner may repossess the property immediately.

9. LIABILITY
We do not accept responsibility for the personal property (including pets), car or the contents of the car belonging to the Hirer or any member of the party during their occupancy.
