We are following current government guidance on managing Covid risks to ensure that our park is as safe as possible.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests is very important to us and we are continuing with additional health and safety measures to reduce the risk from Covid-19, including additional cleaning and ensuring facilities are well ventilated. Hand-wash and sanitisers are available around the park. Mask wearing is not compulsory in the toilet and showers blocks and washing up facility – but is recommended at busy times.
Guests should not visit the park if they have Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19, guests who develop Covid-10 whilst on holiday should return home and avoid contact with others on the park.
If you have to cancel a booking due to a member of your party contracting Covid-19 we will give you the options of moving the booking to later in the year or carrying forward the booking to 2023, or having your deposit refunded.
