A small, quiet park, family owned and supervised. Beautifully situated in the old farm orchard, it offers peaceful holidays, high quality self-catering accommodation and a pleasant rural setting.
Within easy reach of main centres of the southern Lake District National Park, the historic village of Cartmel and Grange-over-Sands and close to many attractions and places of interest. Near to Newby Bridge at the southern tip of Lake Windermere.
The park offers high quality 4/6 berth holiday homes for hire, two with the ‘Visit Britain’ Rose Awards. Each Rose Award Park is individually inspected and to achieve this award must provide first class holiday homes on a well managed and attractive park. All vans are well equipped and maintained to the highest standards and are no-smoking. Each caravan has a spacious lounge and dining area with colour TV and Freeview and dining table and chairs
- Sleeping accommodation consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedded room and additional folding double bed in living area, duvets, pillows and blankets are provided. Linen is not supplied so please bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea-towels. (Bed-linen can be hired by prior arrangement).
- Shower-room, with toilet and wash-basin.
- The homes have central-heating or panel heaters in all rooms and a gas-fire in lounge. No charges for gas or electricity.
- Kitchen area with full gas cooker, fridge and microwave.
The caravans are available from 4pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.
Short breaks accepted in low season (minimum 3 nights) tariff available on request. Dogs are only allowed in one of the vans.

How to Book
All bookings are subject to acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. To receive brochure, tariffs and booking form or further information please telephone 015395 36329.

- Telephone 015395 36329 to check availability and make a telephone reservation.
- Print off and complete booking form quoting reservation reference.
- Post booking form and deposit cheque/postal order to address below (Payable to Mrs. E. Rigg).
- On receipt of your deposit we will send letter confirming your booking.
Please note we are currently unable to accept bookings by the internet.
